Terms of Use

Wiser is a multi-tenant CRM platform combining management of leads, contacts, deals and pipelines, WhatsApp and email support, integrations with Meta and Google Ads, forms and automations.

Access requires registration, with authentication handled by Clerk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding your credentials, being liable for activities carried out under your account.

The applicable commercial conditions, any fees and trial period are disclosed at the time of contracting and may be updated upon notice.

You agree not to use Wiser for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights. The following are prohibited, among others:

• sending unsolicited messages (spam) or messages without an adequate legal basis;
• violating Meta/WhatsApp Business and Google policies;
• reverse engineering, overloading or compromising the security of the platform;
• processing personal data without a legal basis.

The Customer is the controller of the personal data of leads and contacts that it enters or captures through Wiser. W THREE acts as processor, handling such data solely to provide the service and according to the Customer's instructions.

The Customer represents that it has an adequate legal basis, under the LGPD, to process such data, and is responsible for responding to the requests of the respective data subjects.

Authorized sub-processors, whose use the Customer authorizes by accepting these Terms:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management (name, email, sessions; password handled by Clerk).
• Supabase — PostgreSQL database, hosted in Brazil (sa-east-1 region).
• Vercel — application hosting and media storage (Vercel Blob).
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Cloud API, Conversions API (CAPI) and Meta Ads.
• Gupshup — official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) for sending and receiving messages.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Upstash (QStash) — asynchronous task processing queue.
• Google — Google Ads and Google Calendar, when connected by the customer.

We adopt security measures and a duty of confidentiality, and will cooperate with the Customer in responding to incidents and data subject requests, to the extent required by the LGPD. Personal data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Integrations with Meta/WhatsApp, Google and Gupshup are subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers, compliance with which is the Customer's responsibility.

The platform, software, trademarks and visual elements are owned by W THREE. The Customer retains ownership of its data and content, granting W THREE a limited license to process them in providing the service.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of specific commercial results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, W THREE's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, data is retained for up to 12 months, except for an earlier deletion request or a legal retention obligation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the update date.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Comarca de Barueri, Estado de São Paulo (Barueri, State of São Paulo, Brazil) are elected as the competent venue, waiving any other, however privileged.
